***Please Note***

1. If you chose the economy shipping option ($4.95) a tracking number may not be assigned to your order for several days, this is because the product is ordered from a warehouse to be shipped to our facility and then shipped to you.
2. If you chose the regular shipping method ($7.95) A tracking number will be assigned normally within 2-3 business days, all tracking information is updated after 8:00 P.M Eastern Time.
3. If you chose the express shipping option ($12.95) A tracking number is normally assigned to your order the following business day. Again, all tracking numbers are updated after 8:00 P.M Eastern Time.
4. If you chose the overnight shipping option ($35.00) A tracking number will be assigned that day after 8:00 P.M Eastern Time as long as the order was placed before 3:00 P.M Eastern Time.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by Appliance Parts Specialists, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from My Account on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
