You cannot cancel your order after you click "Confirm Order" on the "Invoice/Receipt" page. You can exit an order before placing it by clicking the "Home" button (without completing your order)", which is located at the top & bottom of the page in Checkout.
Can I Change My Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. If your backorder can be cancelled, we encourage you to replace the order at your earliest convenience.
Cancellation Policy
All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. Credit back for a time period of up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email confirming credit back to your form of tender once we are able to reissue credit.
Orders with Coupons: If you used a coupon on your order, you will be credited for the entire order minus the coupon amount. Please note that coupons are treated as discounts and will not be recreated or reissued.
